We offer for swap fully furnished studios and apartments - 1-roomed or 2-roomed apartments with kitchens in the central part of  Karlovy Vary. Or in the wooden house by the river Ohre about 7 kilometres from Karlovy Vary.

We offer free parking place or payed parking place in 3 garrages. There is a WIFI connection in the apartments 1,2,3,4 and mobile connection in other apartments.. Apartments have dish-washers, most of them also washers, all apartmens have fridges, el. cookers, coffe-makers, toasters, ovens or microwave ovens, iron, fan. Bed-linen, bed-sheets, towels and cleaning after the 1 week included. Our apartments are comfortable, clean, and spacious. We offer large and beautiful 10 apartments, three with two bedrooms and 7 with 1 bedroom. That is why can offer also non-simultaneous swaps also to more families. Our maid service will be here once a week to help with linens and laundry.

KARLOVY VARY - "Czech Deauville" World famous for its regenerative waters, Karlovy Vary is the oldest of the Bohemian spas, and probably the second most popular tourist city in the Czech Republic, after Prague. It's also the most beautiful of the 'big three' spas in the republic and, despite the crowds, the most accessible. Though you can't just pop in for a sulphurous bath or gas-inhalation therapy, you can sample the waters till your teeth float. There are 12 hot springs containing 40 chemical elements that are used to medically treat diseases of the digestive tract and metabolic disorders, so whether you have diarrhoea or constipation, this is the place to come. In spite of its purging qualities, Karlovy Vary still manages a definite Victorian air. The elegant colonnades and boulevards complement the many peaceful walks in the surrounding parks, and the picturesque river valley winds between wooded hills. The spa offers all the facilities of a medium-sized town without the bother; after hustling arou! And Prague, this is a nice place to relax amidst charming scenery.

About Us

Jiri was born in Kraslice and is a Dipl. Ing. and Jana was born in Karlovy Vary and she is a private dental surgeon. We love our city and our house which reflects their passion for art and history. We have a vast collection of 800 CD's which expresses our taste in modern and classic music.
We have an 23 years old daughter, Marketa, and a 25 years old daughter, Katerina. Catherine is already dental surgeon, Margaret will be a doctor too, she is a student of the medicine yet. Jiri speaks english, partly german, czech and russian. Jana speaks italian, english, french, german, spannish, czech and russian.
